I love working with joyful, kind-hearted, and approachable people who value authenticity, connection, and community. My sessions are intentional and grounded—my goal is for no one to leave feeling awkward, and for everyone to feel relaxed, comfortable, and truly themselves. I guide clients with gentle posing and a welcoming, fun environment so that the moments captured feel natural and effortless.

Through my photography, I hope to inspire people to pause their busy lives and celebrate the special season they’re in. I also aim to reflect Jesus’ loving kindness and care, creating images that preserve memories, spark joy, and cultivate meaningful connections—both in the photos and in the friendships formed along the way

how it all began

my story

maddy m photos is based in the greater arkansas area and destinations all over the world

Growing up, my dad always carried his camera, capturing my twin brother and me through all of life’s milestones. I was naturally smiling for the camera, and those early moments sparked a lifelong love for photography. When I was 15, I bought my own camera and started experimenting, with my dad teaching me the basics—he has been my teacher and guide ever since.

I realized photography could be more than a hobby when I noticed that after every shoot, I left with a genuine smile from the joy of connecting with people. Even though I went to college studying exercise science, I found myself drawn back to creating, capturing moments for the people I care about most.
